Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Period

Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags, packaging, and labels.

4. Return Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours on business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, intimate apparel, and used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

7. Exchanges for Size or Color

Exchanges are permitted for size or color variations subject to stock availability.

8. Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead of an exchange.
